Course Description

Start your weekend off right with this fun bootcamp class! Get more bang for your buck and take your workout to the next level with high intensity interval training (HIIT). This fun environment will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling like a weekend warrior.

What is HIIT?

HIIT is a style of interval training with bursts of high energy exercise paired with short rest intervals. It has been shown to improve aerobic fitness, help you lose weight while maintaining muscle mass, and improve cardiovascular health.

You can drop in for $22 per week.


  • April 22 – June 24
  • Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am
  • All classes will be held at Ki Fitness in Sunnyside
  • No class on Saturday April 15 or May 20
