Course Description

Stay active through the summer break with summerFIT! Exercise once a week with one of our certified personal trainers at Ki Fitness. Classes are based on a mix of resistance training and aerobic exercise to make you sweat!

Unsure about your schedule? Drop in! If you are going to miss more than 2 consecutive dates we will pro-rate the class for you.
